About Your Order

Thank you for ordering with Otowi Station Bookstore and Science Museum Shop.

If you've ordered a book from us you should have already received an email that confirms we have received your order. This FAQ includes additional information that will help you navigate your purchase and account information.

My Account

• Create an account by clicking on the My Account button in the menu bar. Enter a User Name and Password and fill in all required (*) fields in the online form. Click Save to create your account.
• If you do not have an account, but make a purchase, an account will be created for you as you enter information to complete your purchase. You will receive an email giving you a user name and initial password; to change your password, log in to your account and follow the screen instructions.
• When you are logged in to your account, you will see a Log Out button in the menu bar. To log out of your account, click there.

Free Shipping 

• Otowi Station offers free shipping for orders meeting the free shipping minimum. This value changes, but is most often about $100.00. If your order qualifies for free shipping, a message will appear on the screen.

Gift Cards

• To pay for your purchase with a gift card, select gift card as a method of payment. Enter the 6-digit number listed on the back of the card at the bottom of the card. We will verify that the card is valid and has ample funds to complete the sale.
• Gift cards may be purchased online. The minimal gift card available is $10.00. Gift cards increment in values of $5.00.
• A fee of $3.00 is charged to deliver your gift card to you or other recipient.
• Lost cards cannot be replaced.
